Thank you for purchasing with Dhruvyam. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you face any issues regarding your purchase for any reason, we are here to assist you. You can also put your return request, refund, and exchange. Our team is there to help you at every stage of shopping with us. 

However, you are required to go through our return or refund policy to make your shopping hassle-free. At Dhruvyam, customer satisfaction is our key to success. And therefore we are committed to ensuring it through our customer-friendly return and refund policy.

 

The Return and Refund Policy is subject to the following Rules:

The product that Dhruvyam gave the buyer was incorrect: Within twenty-four hours of the delivery time, the consumer must make the request. We will pick up the item in reverse, ship a replacement right away, or start a refund based on the customer's interests. We won't be responsible for paying any interest on the returned item, though.

  1. Products missing from the order: The client must file a request for missing items within 24 hours after the delivery time. Following confirmation with our operations team and order packing scans, we will ship the missing portion of the order as soon as possible.

  1. When the order is delivered, the consumer refuses to accept it, or their phone is unresponsive: Order refunds will be handled once a transportation fee (minimum of –) is subtracted. We will notify you before issuing a refund if the processing fees are above Rs. 100.

  1. Incorrect contact information or delivery address: During the checkout process, the customer is required to enter the correct shipping address and phone number. 

  1. Customer ordered the incorrect item: As our products are consumable and intended for bodily application, we do not accept returns. Therefore, we strongly advise our customers to carefully verify their orders before completing the transaction. This is to guarantee that the goods we provide to our clients are of the highest calibre.

Policy for Cancellations:

Order cancellation requests must be made by customers within 24 hours after making their order. Following receipt and approval of the cancellation request, the original payment method will be fully refunded. We are unable to guarantee cancellations after 24 hours, though, as the item might have already been processed and dispatched. Customers may return the merchandise in certain circumstances by following our return guidelines. Please get in touch with our customer service department for more details or to make a cancellation request.

 

Cancellation before shipment 

If the ordered items that you want to cancel are not shipped yet, you can contact us at our support number (+91 9796510555) or write us a mail on the (info@steelblue-skunk-992994.hostingersite.com). In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to the respective accounts after 3-4 business working days(after the cancellation request is duly processed by us).

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

How do I return an item purchased on Dhruvyam?

Please note we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

For Indian Order:

  • Dhruvyam provides its clients with an "Easy return policy" that allows you to seek an exchange or return for goods within three days after delivery. You can request a partial refund for any or all of the products in your order, and we will accept them as well.

  • Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original box as well. An item that has been opened and tempered cannot be refunded or returned.

For further process

  • Step 1: Within three business days of receiving the order, send an email to our Customer Support staff at (info@steelblue-skunk-992994.hostingersite.com).

  • Step 2: Send us a request to return, replace, or refund your product along with the specifics of your order ID. Please send us a picture of the merchandise and the invoice via email for our records.

  • Step 3: Send back the unused and sealed product to us. Only when the products arrive in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact, will we begin the refund or replacement procedure.

 

The following circumstances will prevent returns from being accepted:

  • Product loss as a result of abuse or overuse

  • Returned in the event that the original packaging is damaged or missing price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories.

  • The serial number has been altered.

  • Products that are defective and not covered by the manufacturer's or seller's guarantee.

  • The product is modified or used.

  • If the request is made following the delivery of the order within three business days

  • Free items offered by the company


What should I do if my order arrives with a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product?

Before our shipments leave our warehouse, they pass through stringent quality control procedures. If, on the other hand, your goods are damaged in transit or during shipment, you have the option to request a replacement or cancel and receive a refund.

In the event that an item is damaged or faulty, or if the incorrect product was given, you can arrange a return or refund within 5 days of receiving the order by following these easy steps:

  • Step 1: Within three business days of receiving the order, send an email to our Customer Support staff.

  • Step 2: Send us your order ID information along with your request to exchange, refund, or return any damaged or incorrect products from your order. For our reference, kindly send us a picture of the product and the invoice.

  • Step 3: The merchandise will be picked up by us in two to four business days. Only when the products arrive in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact, will we begin the refund or replacement procedure.

Note: Availability of stock is a determining factor in cases when replacement is necessary. Should a replacement not be available, you will receive a complete refund.

 

Can I return part of my order?

Indeed. If you have placed an order for more than one item, you can start a return, exchange, or refund request for each individual item. All components of the goods, as well as any free gifts or additional items that came with it, must be returned with the item, though.

 

How will I get refunded for the returned orders, and how long will this process take?

  • If you would like a return, replacement, or refund, we handle the refund after the products are received and checked in our warehouse.

  • Within 48 to 72 business hours of us receiving the returned goods, refunds for payments made using credit/debit cards or net banking will be handled back to the original account. An extra two to three business days is required for the money to appear in your account.

  • In the event that you pay with cash on delivery, we will start a bank transfer using the refund amount and the billing information you provided. We'll finish this process in 48 to 72 business hours once we get the returned merchandise and your email with your bank details. Two to three more business days will pass before the money appears in your account.

Please note that Dhruvyam reserves the right to reject any order and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dhruvyam, India court. This agreement may be changed by Dhruvyam at any time.

  • We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse a return if we believe the return policy is being abused.

  • This may include excessive returns from a single customer or returns of items that are no longer in sellable condition.

  • International shipping charges on returned items are not refundable.
